With skill and compassion, we will meet every part of you. Everything is Divine, a reflection of Reality, so nothing in you is left outside the work.
Through breath, sensation, sound, and movement, we uncover the wisdom of your protective parts, tend to the needs of your younger ones, and integrate old wounds wherever they live in your body- cultivating an inner system of support.
Hardened beliefs that no longer serve you begin to shift, and you discover a natural restoration of your power and original essence.

☉ SEXUALITY/EROS ☉
Sexual energy is a living current of Divine energy; the natural movement of Creativity expressed inside a body.
Through breathwork, pleasure practices, Daoist energy practices, and sensual awakening exercises, we awaken eros from the inside, so you feel your own aliveness instead of waiting for someone else to switch it on. Every practice is an invitation you can opt into or out of, always at your own pace and by your own choice.
Pleasure is a great form of prayer, supporting an environment of abundance, bliss, and vitality within the body.

We will create a distilled, potent daily devotion that feels good in your body and in your heart, offered up to the higher power or principle at the center of your work.
The simple practice or offering comes from a natural love for that which you are devoted to. We may begin with a simple altar creation or addition to your existing altar.
The sacred can move beyond your occasional spiritual experience or obligatory prayer, and into the way you walk, love, create, feel, and choose.

Devotion is a rhythm. It’s music. It’s repetition. The drumline of your life.
I choose to be present to myself again. I choose pleasure again. I choose love again.
When we truly love that which we are devoted to, it takes no effort to keep it at the top of your mind.
There is no greater healing container than a container bound by devotional love.

In a coaching container with me, you get to choose what we’re devoted to.
It can be God/Goddess or a deity, it can be Universe or Source or Spirit, it can be a higher principle like love or beauty, or it can even be your own soul or higher self.
Whatever evokes a natural love in you is what we build the altar to, and access in the playground of the body.

In setting the foundation of devotion, we offer up the fruits of this work for the benefit of all beings.
If you are looking for another ego-trip or healing container so that you can be perfectly prepared for your next soulmate, my work may not be for you.
If you are ready to build embodied trust in the One who is taking care of you- by offering the joys and obstacles of this process up to that One- the wholeness you will know by the end of this process will far surpass any source of external validation or even mystical experience.
The journey of opening into ourselves, and the journey of knowing what is far bigger than ourselves, is one and the same journey.

Packages range between 3-6 months, and this may vary depending on your specific needs and timeline (which we will assess during our first session), and whether you’d like to continue working together long-term by the end of the container.

Some of these may include custom guided audio practices from Medina, or written instructions for practices to be done between sessions. Our one-on-one sessions constitute a fraction of the true transformational power of this work. What you do in between- the daily devotional rhythm, the pleasure practice, the freewrite, the breathwork, the relational experiments- will have the greatest impact on your transformation.

You will have access to between-session text and voicenote support. I am there to help support and guide you through stuck points in your relationship to other humans, to your higher power, and to yourself, taking this work from therapeutic to truly transformational in the field of your daily life.

Why Sexuality?
Sex is the primordial creative act. You and I were created by sex. The continual creation of the Universe occurs between two aspects of the Divine: Consciousness (the masculine) and Energy/Matter (the feminine).
In your modern lifetime, you have likely experienced the cultural and religious suppression of sexuality, or have been steeped in a hypersexual culture devoid of honor and sacredness.
If you’re anything like me, you’ve experienced both. We are conditioned to all hell about what sexuality is and should be…
and we lose our inherent, primal capacity to be sexual (hear: feeling) beings.

This makes sexuality the most formidable, and thereby potent, arena in which to conduct the process of trauma healing and install deep neural networks of self-love, openness, and availability to Divine Reality.
